Inspecting the Principle of "Equal Utilization" in the Design of Accessible Facilities

从无障碍设计关注人群的范围:是着眼于少数人群的"特定的人",抑或关注整个"人类群体"的需求,分析了无障碍设计中的"平等地使用"原则。对现实生活中无障碍设计实例,进行检验,发现我国的诸多无障碍设计,仅仅停留在形式上,并未解决人们实质上的需求。

This paper discusses the principle of ＂equal utilization＂in the design of accessible facilities by inspecting the range of people who are in the solicitude： either the ＂particular disabled people＂ or ＂the whole masses＂ in the demand. The inspection of the actuality shows that many designs of accessible facilities in China have not meet the needs of the requirements of the disabled people.
