摘要
该文以实地调查数据为基础,运用描述性统计及Logistic回归模型对湖南省城镇居民优质稻米消费进行了分析。研究结果表明,影响城镇居民优质稻米消费的因素主要是家庭人均年收入,并提出确保高价与优质对等和提高消费者对优质稻米的认知程度等政策建议。
This paper takes data from field survey as base, handles describing statistics and logistic regress model and carries out analysis on consumption of urban inhabitants from Hunan Province for rice of superior quality. Results indicate that the major factor influencing urban inhabitants＂ consumption for rice of superior quality is average income per family per year. The paper puts forward policy and suggestions, such as ensuring high price reciprocity with superior quality, and improving inhabitants＇ cognition for rice of superior quality.
