Drug Consumption in 18 Hospitals of Chongqing During 2004～2006:Retrospective Analysis

了解2004-2006年重庆市18家医疗机构药品销售情况。方法：对3年的购药金额、购药品种和生产厂商等进行综合排序统计与分析。结果：统计分析表明,3年来药品销售的总金额一直呈上升趋势。其中水、热量、电解质平衡药物总增长104.59%;维生素类药物降幅最大为45.01%。重庆制药企业进入前100名厂商的个数在下降,到2006年只剩3家入围。结论：预计重庆市医院药品销售金额还将继续增长,但增幅不会太大。重庆制药企业由于受全国医药市场整顿的影响,其发展将减缓。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the drug consumption in 18 hospitals in Chongqing from 2004 to 2006. METHODS： The consumption sum, drug variety and drug manufacturers over the 3 year years were ranked and subjected to a statistical analysis. RESULTS： The statistical analysis indicated that the consumption sum of the drugs over the 3 years increased year - on - year, up 104.59% for drugs used for adjusting the balance of water, calory and electrolyte, but down 45.01% for vitamins. The proportion of Chongqing pharmaceutical manufacturers in the top 100 pharmaceutical manufacturers decreased, only 3 were among the top 100 by 2006. CONCLUSION： The consumption sum of drugs in Chongqing hospitals is expected to increase but with a mild extent. The development of Chongqing pharmaceutical manufacturers is expected to be slowed due to the reorganization of national medicine market.
