摘要 目的:建立茵陈大黄颗粒的质量控制标准。方法:以薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的茵陈、醋大黄和甘草,以反相高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果:茵陈大黄颗粒中茵陈、醋大黄、甘草的薄层色谱斑点清晰;黄芩苷在0.12-1.2μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=16758.63X-3532.15,r=0.9997;平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.4%。结论:茵陈大黄颗粒的质量控制方法简便、准确、分离度好,可控制该制剂质量。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a quality control standard for Yinchen Daihuang Granules. METHODS: Herba Arternisiae Scopariae, vinegar Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC. RP - HPLC was used to determine the content of baicalin. RESULTS: The spots of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, vinegar Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix Glycyrrhizae on TLC could be well separated. A good linear relationship was obtained for baicalin in the range of from 0.12 μg to 1.2.The regress equation was represented mathematically by Y = 16 758.63X - 3 532.15 (r = 0.999 7). The rate of average recovery was 98.6%. The RSD was 1.4%. CONCLUSION: The quality control method is simple, accurate with good separation for ingredients, and it can be used to control the quality of Yinchen Daihuang Granules.
