摘要
目的:关注安全合理用药,避免痛风患者可能遭受的药物相互作用损伤。方法:总结归纳痛风病不同分期的药物治疗特点,阐述各期药物治疗可能发生的相互作用、潜在危害和处理原则。结果及结论:了解痛风的成因、相关疾病和药物治疗原则;掌握关联药物的相互作用与正确的应对方法;避免患者受到药物相互作用带来的损害。
OBJECTIVE： To pay close attention to safe and reasonable medication to avoid the possible damage caused by drug interactions in patients with gout. METHODS： The drug treatment characteristics for gout at different clinical stages were summerized, and the possible drug interactions, the potential hazards and their therapeutic principle at each pathological stage were expounded. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： To avoid the possible damage induced by drug interaction in patients with gout, one must familiarize the origin, correlated diseases and the therapeutic principle of this disease, as well as the interactions of the related drugs and the correct coping approach.
