2006～2007年非手术住院病历抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of the Use of Antibiotics in Non-surgical Inpatients During 2006～2007

目的：了解抗菌药物的使用情况,为进一步规范抗菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法：随机抽取2006-2007年非手术病历120份,参考相关文献,结合临床实际评价抗菌药物应用是否合理。结果：120例非手术病例中,用药合理率由2006年的26%上升至2007年的58%。2年间以缺病原学检查最为突出。2007年较2006年在用药指征、病原学检查、药物选择、单次给药剂量、给药次数、溶媒使用以及治疗疗程等方面有明显改善。结论：我院抗菌药物不合理使用情况已得到一定程度的改善,仍需要加大管理和干预力度,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of antibiotics so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： 120 non - surgical cases during 2006 - 2007 were randomly sampled for an evaluation of the rationalilty of the the use of antibiotics by referring to pertinent literature and clinical practice. RESULTS ： Of the 120 cases, the rational use rate was 26 % in 2006, up to 58 % in 2007. Lack of etiological test was the predominant manifestation of the irrational drug use over the two years. In 2007 compared with 2006, a great improvement has been made in indication for medication, etiological test, drug choice, dosage, administration times, use of solvents, and course of treatment etc. CONCLUSION ： The irrational use of antibiotics has been improved to some degree, but the management and intervention on which should be intensified to promote rational use of antibiotics.
