我院2007年门诊处方调查分析

Survey and Analysis of the Outpatient Prescriptions in Our Hospital in 2007

目的：为了减少药物意外伤害,促进我院门诊用药更加安全合理。方法：随机抽取我院2007年1月-10月门诊电子处方20 000张进行调查分析。结果：不合理处方426张,占所查处方的2.13%。其中一般不合理处方181张,占不合理处方42.5%,严重不合理处方245张,占不合理处方57.5%。结论：我院门诊处方存在一定程度的不合理现象,临床医生要加强《处方管理办法》学习,加强专业知识学习,进一步了解药物的基本信息以及药物的相互作用,运用药动学、药效学知识,为不同患者选择最适宜的药物。药剂科每月定期分析汇总门诊不合理处方,药学人员把好发药关,定期组织专业学习,尽量与临床医师沟通,不断提高审方能力,最大限度杜绝药物意外伤害。

OBJECTIVE： To reduce the drug - induced accident, and to promote rational and safe drug use in outpatient department of our hospital. METHODS： From January to October in 2007, a total of 20 000 electronic prescriptions in outpatient department were randomly sampled for the survey and analysis of drug use. RESULTS： Of the total prescriptions sampled, 426 （2.13 % ） were irrational, of which, 181 （42.5 % ） were mildly irrational prescriptions and 245 （57.5 % ） were serious irrational ones. CONCLUSION： The outpatient prescriptions are somewhat irrational, therefore, clinicians should attach great importance to the learning on Prescription Management Method and expertise, and they should get more basic information of drugs as well as drug interactions, choose the optimal drugs for patients by applying the knowledge of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The irrational prescriptions in the pharmacy department should be collected and analyzed monthly, and the pharmacists should tighten control on drug dispensing and regularly organize specialized study, communicate with clinicians frequently, enhance the ability of checking prescription and do the utmost to prevent drug - induced accident.
