克罗恩病的实验室诊断研究现状

Current study on the laboratory diagnosis of Crohn′s disease

目前克罗恩病(CD)在我国的发病率明显升高,国内外也在不断研究该病的无创诊断方法。CD的实验室检查手段较以往明显增多,但是尚未找到一个同时拥有高敏感性及特异性的实验室诊断方法。此文就CD的实验室诊断研究现状作一综述。

The incidence of Crohn＇s disease rises apparently nowadays. Non-invasive diagnostic methods are being detected internationally. Now we have more methods of laboratory tests, but we haven＇t got a high sensitive and specific one. In this review, we summarize the current study on the laboratory diagnosis of Crohn＇s disease.
