摘要 15-羟基前列腺素脱氢酶(15-PGDH)是降解前列腺素的关键酶,与环氧合酶-2共同调节体内前列腺素的浓度。近年来研究发现,15-PGDH受到表皮生长因子的调控,并且15-PGDH表达减少或缺失与大肠肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase is a key enzyme that can catabolize prostaglandins. It cooperates with cyclooxygenase-2 to regulate the level of prostaglandins in vivo. In the present studys, 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase is regulated by epidermal growth factor and 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase is lost in colorectal cancer.
