大肠癌肝转移诊断的研究进展

Research progress of the diagnosis of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer

肝转移是大肠癌根治性切除后死亡的主要原因。因此,提高大肠癌肝转移的早期诊断率,对提高大肠癌患者的生存率及改善预后有极其重要的意义。此文旨在目前大肠癌肝转移研究的基础上,从影像学、分子标志物等方面进行总结,对大肠癌肝转移诊断的研究进展作一综述。

Liver metastasis of colorectal cancer after resection is the primary cause of death. Therefore, improving the early diagnosis rate of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer is important for improving the survival rate and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. On the basis of present research, the article aims to discuss the diagnosis of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer in areas such as imaging,molecular marker and so on.
