AIS(CLASSB)船台在应用中需要关注的问题

Several issues to be considered in application of AIS(Class B) ship station

AIS系统是一种融合现代技术的新型航海助航设备,其对于船舶安全航行、海上交通安全管理、航海安全保障等具有重要作用。时至今日,AIS系统的作用已在我国获得广泛的社会认知,渔船也将推广使用AIS(CLASSB)船台。然而,由于国际标准正在逐步完善等多方面原因,AIS(CLASSB)船台在我国的推广可能会遇到一些问题。文中从AIS系统标准、AIS功能、我国AIS岸台系统的建设等几方面分析阐述了所面临的问题,并就此提出了建议,以资借鉴。

AIS system is a piece of new type equipment for navigation aid, which applies modern technologies. It plays a very important role in safe navigation of ships, maritime safety control and ensuring navigation safety. Up to now, the AIS system has been well-known in China , and the AIS （Class B） ship station will also be used on fishing vessels. However, because of the continuing perfecting of the international standards and other reasons as well, there are still some issues need to be considered in the promotion of the application of AIS （Class B） ship station in the country. This paper analyses those issues from the AIS system standards, AIS functions, and the construction of the AIS shore-based stations, and provides some suggestions in this regard for reference.
