院前危重患者转运的风险因素及防范

Risk Factor and Precautionary Measures of Transshipping in the Critical Patient's Courtyard

目的探讨危重患者院前转运时的风险因素及防范措施。方法对我院急诊科近年来682例危重患者院前转运情况进行临床分析。结果682例转运途中需抢救的有204例,占29.9%。结论做好转运前的病情评估,进行有效的医疗处置,转运中严密观察病情,发现问题及时处理,可降低转运风险,提高转运的成功率,有效地减少医疗纠纷的发生。

Objective To probe into risk factor and precautionary measures while transshipping in the critical patient＇s courtyard. Methods 682 critical patients transship situation carry on clinical to analyze in front of the courtyard in recent years to our academy emergency call department. Results 682 transship way need rescue had 204 example,account for 29.9%. Conclusion Do a good job of the condition before transshipment to assess, handled, observed the condition while transshipping tightly effective medical treatment, discover the problems to deal with in time, can reduce the risk of transshipping, improve the success rate transshipped, reduce the emergence of the medical dispute effectively.
