介绍了近年来世界聚酯新产品开发的主要生产技术和产品特点。美洲和欧洲在采用新型的聚酯合成工艺及非纤用聚酯新产品开发上处于领先地位,亚洲主要是扩大聚酯产能,降低聚酯纤维的生产成本。分析了聚酯在产业用纤维、聚酯瓶、膜、工程塑料和新应用领域的发展趋势。聚酯新产品开发的重点是降低聚酯加工链整体能耗,减少污染和回收聚酯的再生利用。
The main production technologies and characteristics of the novel word polyester products were introduced. America and Europe was taking the leading place in the development of novel polyester synthesis technologies and non-fiber-use polyester products. Asia attached the focus on enlarging the production capacity of polyester and reducing the production cost of polyester fiber. The development trend of polyester was analyzed in the field of industrial fiber, polyester bottle, film, engineering plastics and new application. The development of novel polyester products should be focused on decreasing the energy consumption of polyester industrial chain, reducing the pollution and recycling recovered polyester.
