摘要
运用数理统计方法,对手梳中段称重法和振荡法测定腈纶短纤维线密度进行了对比分析。结果表明:两种方法测定腈纶短纤维的线密度的数据分布均匀,符合正态分布,其平均值和方差存在显著性差异,两种方法不能互相代替;手梳法测定腈纶的线密度耗时长,过程复杂,而振荡法则耗时短,过程简单;建议采用振荡法测定腈纶短纤维的线密度。
The linear density determination for acrylic staple fiber were analyzed and compared between hand carding and middle section cutting and weighing method and oscillation method by mathematical statistics method. The results showed that these two determination methods yielded uniform data distribution according with normal distribution. Significant difference existed between the average and variance. The two determination methods can not be replaced each other. The hand carding method was time consuming and complex for determining the linear density of acrylic staple fiber. The oscillation method was considered as the rational choice of determining the linear density of acrylic staple fiber due to its less time consuming and simple operation.
