摘要
本文检索了1998～2008年间有关针灸防治肿瘤的临床试验研究文献,从缓解癌痛、调节机体免疫力、治疗白细胞减少症及防治肿瘤放化疗后胃肠道反应等角度,总结了针灸在改善肿瘤患者生存质量方面的研究进展,并探讨今后针灸防治肿瘤的研究方向。针灸疗法防治肿瘤的研究逐渐增多,针灸在缓解癌痛、提高机体免疫力、预防肿瘤手术后并发症的发生、减少放化疗的毒副反应等改善患者生存质量的方面都取得了较大的进步。目前应用综合疗法治疗肿瘤比单纯针灸治疗肿瘤疗效更为明显。
The clinical researches from 1998 to 2008 on acupuncture and moxibustion preventing and curing the tumour patients are reviewed. The progress of improving survival quality of tumour patients by acupuncture and moxibustion are concluded on four aspects ：Relieving cancer pain, regulating the immunity, treating the reduction of white blood cell and treating bad effects of gastro-intestinal tract after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Future directions of prevention and cure on tumour are also discussed.
