摘要
目的利用生物降解材料建立新的显微血管吻合方法。方法制作生物降解显微血管桥接套管;用该套管以非缝合方法吻合家兔股动脉;观察术后即刻和术后两周血流通畅率以及吻合部位病理改变。结果吻合一根口径为0.8~1.2mm的动脉时间为5~7min。即刻和两周血流通畅率为100%。病理观察未见附壁血栓形成,吻合口处血管内膜均为内皮细胞覆盖。结论本方法吻合显微血管简捷、可靠,无需显微缝合,所用生物降解桥接套管制作简单,携带方便,尤其适于在有限医疗条件下完成显微血管修复手术。
Objective To establish a new method of small blood vessel anastomosis with degradable biological materials. Methods The degradable biological sleeve graft for small vessels,made by degradable biological materials,was used in the non-suturing anastomosis of rabbit arteriae femoralis. Then the blood flowing through-capacity immediately after surgery and 2 weeks later,as well as the pathological changes at the anastomosis region were observed. Results It took about 5 to 7 minutes to anastomose one small artery with the diameter of 0.8-1.2mm. The blood flowing through-capacity immediately after surgery and 2 weeks later was both 100%. No valvular thrombus was found in pathological examination. Endothelial cells covered the endangium at anastomosis region well. Conclusion The degradable biological sleeve graft used in this study is easy to make and carry. The anastomosis method is simple and reliable for small blood vessel repair,and no futher micro-suturing is needed,thereby the method established in this study is especially suitable for the small blood vessel repair carried out in the tough environment with limited medical conditions.
