音乐背景下冲击疗法治疗新生儿HIE疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Stosstherapy Therapy Neonate HIE under Music Background

目的研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗方法,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法将我院2002年1月～2007年12月23例患儿随机分为对照组和处理组。处理组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以背景音乐。对两组患儿治疗后主要临床症状、体征恢复正常需要的时间,临床疗效比较。结果处理组呼吸改善时间、苏醒时间、惊厥消失时间、症状体征全部消失时间低于对照组。但差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论在背景音乐下应用纳络酮、胞二磷胆碱、维生素C治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有一定效果。

Objective To investigate the neonate therapy of Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy（HIE）, provides the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 23 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group treats in the control group in the foundation, gives the background music. After two group of trouble treatments the main clinical symptom, the symptom restore the normal time,clinical curative effect comparison. Results The treatment group breathes the improvement time, the palinesthesia time,the convulsion vanishing time,the symptom completely vanishing time is lower than the control group. But the disparation does not have the significance（P〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Applied under the background music accepts winds the Naloxone, nicholin, Vit C treats the neonate oxygen HIE to have certain effect.
