改良椎弓根螺钉固定在腰椎多节段融合术中的应用分析

摘要 目的探讨腰椎多节段融合术中使用改良椎弓根螺钉固定技术的可操作性和临床疗效。方法对12例腰椎不稳定患者应用改良椎弓根螺钉固定进行治疗,根据术后及随访情况分析其效果。结果症状无复发与加重,根据NaiKai分级,优良率85.7%,ODI评分改善42.6%,植骨融合率达88.3%,近期随访效果良好。结论选择性间断固定能达到相对坚强固定的要求,不失为一种有效的腰椎多节段融合的方法。
