摘要 羊膜上皮细胞具有多潜能干细胞特性,并可合成和分泌多种神经递质及神经营养因子,在神经发育的过程中扮演重要的角色。近年来,应用羊膜上皮细胞治疗帕金森病、脑和脊髓损伤以及中枢神经系统退行性疾病取得了一定的进展,使羊膜上皮细胞有望成为神经损伤后细胞治疗的种子细胞来源。本文将对羊膜上皮细胞的生物学特性及其在神经再生中的应用加以综述。 Amniotic epithelial cells (AECs) have the multipotent differentiation ability, synthesize and secrete neurotransmitters and neurotrophic factors, which make AECs play a key role in the process of neural development. In recent years, the applications of amniotic epithelial cells for Parkinson's disease, brain and spinal cord injuries and central nervous system disorders have made some progress. AECs would become a novel cell source in the cell-therapy of nervous injury. This review focuses on the biological characteristics of amniotic epithelial cells, and sums up the use of AECs transplantation in the neural regeneration.
