摘要 介绍糖原合成酶激酶3(GSK3)的特性、致凋亡作用以及GSK3与双相障碍治疗药物和动物模型研究,探讨其在双相障碍发生发展和药物治疗中的地位和作用。 To understand the role of glycogen synthase kinase 3(GSK3) in drug treatment and development of bipolar affective disorder, we introdued the biological features and promotion in apoptosis of GSK3 first. Then, we also reviewed some works of GSK3 in therapeutic drugs and animal models with bipolar affective disorder.
