摘要
针对电机驱动系统安装传感器带来的成本高、可靠性低、维护困难等问题,在叙述永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制原理的基础上,采用基于转子磁链位置的方法来估算电机转速,并在MATLAB SIMULINK下建立系统的仿真模型。仿真结果验证了该无速度传感器估算方案在电机全速范围内都能较好地估计电机真实转速,并且具有良好的动静态性能。
To solve the problems of high costs, low reliability and maintenance difficulties caused by the installation of sensors,this paper uses the rotor flux to estimate motor speed on the basis of principles of permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)direct torque control ,and the system models are estabhshed using MATLAB SIMULINK. The simulation results show that the method of speed sensorless can be used in the whole speed range to estimate the motor speed well and has good dynamic and static characteristics.
