摘要
开关磁阻电机调速系统由专用电机及其配套控制装置组成,是典型的机电一体化控制系统。介绍了以8/6极开关磁阻电机(SRM)为被控对象,TMS320LF2047作为控制器,以低速电流斩波控制、高速角度控制为控制策略,实现了全数字的开关磁阻电机调速系统的控制。通过CCC控制方式和APC控制方式的系统仿真与试验表明,开关磁阻电机具有良好的调速性能,控制特性满足中速电机的控制要求。
Switched Relutance Motor (SRM)Driver is constituted of definite-purpose motor and assorted control device, and SRD is typic electromechanical integrative control system. It is adopted that take 8/6-pole SRM as the controlled device, TMS320LF2047 as the controller, and the low speed current chopping control,the high speed angle control as control strategy to realize the control of all-digital SRM speed governing system. In CCC control mode and APC control mode, the system simulation and the experiment show thai SRM has the good velocity modulation performance, the control characteristic satisfies the control request of the medium-speed motor.
