LASEK矫正特殊近视眼的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨;住分子激光上皮瓣下磨镶术(laser—assisted subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)治疗特殊近视眼群体的临床效果。方法应用美国VISX STAR S4型准分子激光对28例56眼特殊的近视患者(眼球较小,眼窝较深,角膜偏薄,曲率相对异常等)行LASEK手术,术后随诊6个月,观察手术的安全性和有效性。结果28例56眼中,术后6个月53眼术后裸眼视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力,50眼术后屈光度在-1.00~1.00D,术中、术后无严重并发症。结论LASEK治疗特殊类型近视眼安全有效,并且拓宽了准分子激光手术的治疗范围。 Objective To evaluate the clmical value of laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) for special myopia. Methods Fifty-six eyes of special myopia (small eye, thin comea, special corncal currature,et al)were treated by LASEK and followed for 6 months, and postoperative effective was observed. Results For 56 eyes of 28 cases,53 eyes tincorrected visual acttity reached or exceed their preoperative corrected visual acttity, and the postoperative refraction of 50 eyes was - 1.00 - 1.00 D. There was no serious complications in the course and postoperation. Conclusion For special myopia, LASEK is safe and effective, and expands the application of laser surgery.
