摘要 目的探讨视觉诱发电位(visual evoked potential,VEP)和磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)在视神经脊髓炎(neuromyelitis optica,NMO)中的诊断价值。方法分别对30例NMO患者和32名正常志愿者进行VEP和MRI检测。结果NMO组VEP异常28例,P100的潜伏期为(120.04±8.12)ms,对照组P100的潜伏期为(98.30±5.70)ms,2组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);NMO组波幅为(6.34±2.45)μV,对照组波幅为(6.25±2.67)μV,2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NMO组MRI异常27例。结论VEP结合MRI对NMO的早期诊断和病情程度判断具有一定的价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Visual evoked potential (VEP) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the nettromyelitis optica (NMO). Methods MRI and VEP were performed on 30 cases with NMO and 32 normal control patients. Results The abnormal cases of VEP was 28 in NMO group.The latency of P100 was( 120.04 ±8.12) ms in NMO group, ( 98.30 ± 5.70) ms in the normal control group, and there was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). The amplitude of P100 was(6.34 ±2.45) μV in NMO group, (6.25±2.67) μV in normal control group. There was no significant differenee between two groups(P〉 0. 05). The abnormal cases of MRI was 27 in NMO group. Conclusion The combination of VEP and MRI play an important role in early diagnosis and severity judgment of patients with NMO.
