摘要
文中研究了用衍射做透镜列阵与焦面探测器相耦合来提高探测系统的能量利用率,从而改善其信噪比等整机性能及轻量化前置光学系统的原理。结论表明,该方法的有效性决定于衍射微透镜列阵的F/#和衍射效率ηde及其对焦面的能量接收率及kp,F/#越小,ηde与kp越大,系统性能改善越好。
The principle of improving signal-noise ratio of detector and lighteningfore optics through increasing the energy utilization ratio of detector, which is realizedby matching a diffraction microlens array (DMLA) in front of detector array, is pre-sented in this paper. The conc1usion demonstrates that the effectiveness of the methoddepends on the DMLA's F/ #, diffraction efficiency Vde and receiving factor kp to theoptic energy gathered on focal plane, the lower the F/ # is, and the higher the otherparameters arel the properties of detector can be improved better.
