摘要
文章对高功率二极管泵浦固体激光器的若干关键技术,包括激光二极管和增益介质,泵浦、耦合和冷却技术,以及光学谐振腔等作了详细的分析。对高功率二极管泵浦团体激光器在材料加工、战术军用、惯性约束聚变和惯性聚变能电厂等方面的研究进展作了评述和展望。
Some key techniques of high-power diode-pumped solid-state lasers(DPLs), including high-power laser diode arrays and gain media, pumping, couplingand cooling, optical resonators are analyzed in detall in this paper. Recent advances inthe important potential applications of high-power DPLs to material processing, laserweapon, inertial confinement fusion and inertial fusion energy plant are also reviewed.
