摘要
在分析以往光谱响应测量装置的基础上，结合黑体和单色仪的优点，利用普朗克公式，建立了一套改进的光谱响应测量装置，其综合性能指标优于目前的同类装置，可用于对探测器光谱响应及其测量仪进行检定，实现不同实验室之间光谱响应参数的量位传递。
on the basis of analyzing the on previous spectral response measuring equipments, an improved spectral response measuring equipment is set up by using Planck formula and combining the advantage of blackbody with that of amonochromator. The overall specifications of the new equipment are superior to samekinds of the equipment used nowadays. By calculating system transfer factor (STF) Kλfor blackbody - spectroscopy system, the spectral response of detector (Rλ, Dλ ) can beobtained without reference detector. The new equipment can also be used to measurespectral response of detector, to check measuring equipment for spectral resPOnse, andto transfer quantative parameters of spectral response to other laboratories.
