复方夏天无片对未分化脊柱关节病48例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of compound Xiatianwu tablets on the 48 cases of undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy patients

目的观察复方夏天无片对未分化脊柱关节病(uSPA)的临床治疗效果和用药安全性。方法选择诊断明确的未分化脊柱关节病患者80例,分成复方夏天无片治疗组(48例)与柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)对照组(32例),观察其总体疗效及对休息痛、压痛、肿胀、关节功能的影响,并分析其安全耐受性。结果治疗组与对照组的总体疗效相似,医生评价与患者评价总有效率均达80%以上。治疗组对休息痛、关节压痛改善优于对照组,P<0.05。结论表明复方夏天无片对未分化脊柱关节病患者能有效地缓解休息痛、关节压痛、肿胀与改善关节功能,安全性较好,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness and drug safety of compound Xiatianwu tablets on undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy （uSPA）. Methods We first chose 80 undifferentiated spondy-loarthropathy patients with clear diagnosis. And then ,these patients were invided into two groups：the compound Xiatianwu tablets treated group （48 cases） and the SASP control group （32 cases）. We observed the overall therapeutic effects on the rest pain, tenderness, swelling and joint function, and analyzed the security and toler-ance. Results The overall therapeutic effects of the compound Xiatianwu tablets treated group and the control group were similar. Both the efficiency of doctor evaluations and patient evaluations were more than 80 percents. The rest pain and joint tenderness were more improved in compound Xiatianwu tablets treated group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Xiatianwu tablets can relieve the rest pain.joint tenderness, swelling and improve the joint functions of undifferentiated spondylarthropathy patients. The tablets have good security, and it is worth to be further promoted in clinic.
