平面机构尺度分类的复形剖分方法

摘要 以位置约束方程奇异性条件和结构参数空间复形剖分方法为基础,研究了平面机构尺度分类问题。首先由机构位置方程的奇异性导出机构的尺度分类条件;然后研究结构参数空间的复形剖分方法,并讨论了其复形特性与机构类型的关系;最后是分析实例。研究表明该方法是完备的,包含了机构尺度类型全部信息,很适合用计算机处理复杂机构的尺度分类。 Based on singularity of constraint equation and complex division of structure-parameter-space, the dimension classification method of planar mechanism was researched, Firstly the dimension classification inequation was derived from singularity of constraint equation, Subsequently complex division method of structureparameter-space was studied, Finally several examples were presented. In the results, all information about mechanism classification was included, This method was saitable for dimension classification of complicated mechanism with computer,
