摘要
针对国产一汽大众捷达轿车离合器DSP210J型号的膜片弹簧生产中存在的实际问题,在阐述了修正分析基础上,确定修正系数,修正了目前国际上流行的膜片弹簧的理论计算公式Almen-Laszlo公式(简称A-L公式)。修正公式在改变结构参数和修正系数后,还适用于其他型号的膜片弹簧,使DSP系列膜片弹簧的生产摆脱了经验、试制的方法,提高了生产效率,减少了试制次数,实现了厂内标准化。
The research object in this article is the DS (Diaphragm Spring) of the FAW-Volkswagen JETTA' s clutch which production has been localized now. In explaining the amendment on the basis of analysis, the amendment coefficient is determined, and the popular A-L formula for calculating the DS at present is verised. After changing the structure parameters and amendment coefficient the amended formula, is also apphcable to other types of diaphragm. Thus, the DSP Series of diaphragm spring production is gotrid of the experience, the production efficiency is improved and the times of trial - manufacturing is reduced.
