六西格玛DMAIC模型是对现有过程进行改进的结构化方法。介绍了六西格玛DMAIC模型各阶段的目的,总结了DMAIC模型测量阶段存在的弱点,基于检测方法的理想度提出了应用TRIZ来设计测量装置的方法,用一个实例说明了使用TRIZ的标准解来设计检测装置和检测方法的过程。

DMAIC model of Six Sigma is a structured method for improving the existing process. The objectives of all phases of DMAIC model are introduced. The weaknesses of measurement phase of DMAIC model are summarized. The methods of using TRIZ to design measurement device is presented based on ideality of measurement means. The process of applying TRIZ＇s standard solutions to design measurement device and measurement method is explained with an example.
