摘要
传统手工电刷镀工作效率低不适合自动化和批量化生产的要求。为此,提出一种电刷镀流镀技术,其特点是阳极不用棉包套贮存镀液,流镀工作时将阳极与工作保持一定的间隙,镀液通过液泵以一定流量循环流动至流镀工作区。本文研究了电刷镀流镀的阳极材料,设计了流镀界面,并通过正交试验优化了流镀工艺参数,进行了产业化应用。
This paper presents the R&D activities of Flow Plating Technology (FPT) in China. Because of its Iow efficiency, the traditional manual brush plating is not suitable for automation and mass production requirements. Therefore, a Flow Plating Technology is proposed. It is characterized by anodic without a cotton package to store plating fluid, plating anodes and the workpiece maintaining a certain space, and plating fluid circularly pumped to flow plating working area. This paper studies also the anode materials and interface of FPT. The processing parameters of flow plating are optimized through orthogonal test. The industrial applications are going on now.
