摘要
在对顶装式波轮洗衣机上常用的液压平衡器进行分析的基础上,建立了环状液压平衡器的力学模型,并着重分析了液压平衡器在非平稳状态及到平稳过渡过程中的质心变化,以及液体质量的等效情况。然后利用矢量法建立了带液压平衡器的滚筒洗衣机系统的动力学模型,并通过数值仿真给出了液压平衡器在滚筒洗衣机的使用效果。最后,通过整机实验验证了上述方法的有效性。
Based on the analysis of the hydraulic balancer used in front-loaded washing machine, its mechanic function isdeduced. The equivalent inertia and change of mass center of liquid in unstable stage and transition to stable state is analyzedemphatieally. And then, the dynamic model of horizontal-axis washing machine with hydraulic balaneer is formulated in terms ofvector function. The application effect to horizontal-axis washing machine is given by numerical simulation. Finally, the effectivityof the method is proven by the model test.
