从分析呼和浩特铁路局发展物流业现状入手,提出了三套中铁物流(呼和浩特)股份有限公司的组建方案,以及各方案比选的主要参数和组建物流公司应注意的问题。
The paper analyzes the current situation of developing modem logistics industry in Huhhot Railway Administration, gives out three schemes of constituting China Railway Logistics （Huhhot） Co： Ltd and chosen parameters and puts forward some issues that should be noted in constituting the logistics company.
