论述了供应链管理的过程理论以及流程重组的一个基础架构。介绍了Little-JIL——一种用来编写协作过程代码的、可执行的、具有正式且图形化的语法和严密定义的语义规则的高级语言,对过程的建模与分析。使用Little-JIL编写可执行的过程模型,建立过程仿真,对过程做静态和动态的分析,支持过程代码的分布式部署实施,并以供应链管理的核心过程客户服务关系管理为例进行实证研究。
The paper discusses the process theory in supply chain management, analyzes the process modeling, introduces Little-JIL, uses Little-JIL to write executive process model, sets up process simulation and analyzes the fixed and dynamic process.
