浅议供应链管理中生产和配送环节最优化模型

Discussion of Optimal Production and Distribution Models in SCM

通过对国内外相关文献的阅读和整理,总结了供应链管理最优化模型在生产和配送两个环节中从内容上主要可以分为三个研究热点,分别是对生产环节中的生产计划的优化、库存管理的优化以及对配送系统的优化。并总结了目前供应链建模中被广泛运用的三种建模思路和方法。最后对比了中外研究的不同之处并针对国内的现状提出了改进建议。

The paper summaries three hot research topics in the optimization of production and distribution, i.e; the optimization of production planning, inventory management and the optimization of distribution system and three modeling methods in SC modeling are also summarized. Furthermore, it compares the research both at home and abroad and gives out some advices.
