阐述了发动机再制造的内涵、意义及国内外发展状况,并通过对该行业工艺过程解剖和与新发动机制造行业的对比,提出了针对发动机再制造行业特殊性的ERP解决方案。逆向物流与销售物流的集成,用状态码实现零件状态多样性描述,分别建立拆卸物单清单和再制造加工、装配的物料清单。在把握行业特殊性及解决方案基础上结合ERP普遍的解决方案,能帮助再制造企业顺利实施ERP系统。
The paper describes the connotation, significance and current situation both at homed and abroad of engine remanufacturing, analyzes the technological process of the industry, compares it with the new engine manufacturing industry and brings forth the ERP solution based on the characteristics of engine remanufacturing industry.
