摘要
探讨了企业信息化建设中急需明确的观念,提出了顾全企业长、短期效益,促进企业有效管理和提供有价值信息等三项基本原则,以帮助企业在信息化实施中把准方向。
The paper discusses some ideas that should be clear in the construction of enterprise informatjzatian and proposes three basic principles, i.e. considering short-term and long-term efficiency of the enterprises, promoting effective management and providing valuable information.
