Analyzing the forming mechanism of logistics informatization and the module of logistics, the paper establishes a logistics informatizational evaluation index system and combining fuzzy evaluation method with relevant data of China enterprise logistics information modernization, it shows an example of evaluation model and analyzes the future China logistics enterprise informatization construction.
