摘要
借鉴了日本7-11便利店在店铺选址战略、计划订货和计划配送制度、组建共同配送中心、温度带管理、物流信息系统建设五个方面的物流运作实践,对提高我国中式快餐连锁企业的物流配送效率作出了相应探讨及建议。
