摘要
21世纪是知识经济的时代,R&D人员是企业保持知识创新和持续竞争优势的最终源泉。当前学者大多集中于研究R&D部门、项目和团队的绩效,对R&D人员的绩效评价较少涉及。本文对国内外R&D人员绩效评价的主要方法进行了总结归纳,评述了当前R&D人员绩效评价研究的难点与问题,指出了R&D人员绩效评价的发展趋势,希望对R&D人员绩效评价的研究有所裨益。
The 21st century is the era of the knowledge based economy, R＆D personal is the final resource for knowledge - intensive enterprises to carry out the knowledge innovation and keep competitive advantage continuously. Nowadays, most experts focuses on the research involving the performance of R＆D departments, projects, and teams, they pay little attention on the R＆D personal performance evaluation. The methods for R＆D personal performance evaluation are summarised and induced, the problems and difficulties of the research are reviewed, and finally, the research trend is pointed out.
