摘要
21世纪是知识经济的时代,R&D人员是企业保持知识创新和持续竞争优势的最终源泉。当前学者大多集中于研究R&D部门、项目和团队的绩效,对R&D人员的绩效评价较少涉及。本文对国内外R&D人员绩效评价的主要方法进行了总结归纳,评述了当前R&D人员绩效评价研究的难点与问题,指出了R&D人员绩效评价的发展趋势,希望对R&D人员绩效评价的研究有所裨益。
The 21st century is the era of the knowledge based economy, R&D personal is the final resource for knowledge - intensive enterprises to carry out the knowledge innovation and keep competitive advantage continuously. Nowadays, most experts focuses on the research involving the performance of R&D departments, projects, and teams, they pay little attention on the R&D personal performance evaluation. The methods for R&D personal performance evaluation are summarised and induced, the problems and difficulties of the research are reviewed, and finally, the research trend is pointed out.
