Characteristics of producing single cell oil for a strain of Mycobacterium spp.

摘要 从炼油厂废水中分离出一株产油细菌QJ3011,经16S rDNA片段序列分析证实该菌归属于Mycobacterium属。通过透射电镜观察发现该菌在采用限氮培养基培养时可在细胞内形成脂质内含体,通过脂肪酸组成分析证实这些储备脂质是甘油三酯。该菌将各种碳源转化为微生物油脂的效率差异较大,其中葡萄糖和甘油是两种转化效率较高的碳源,而蔗糖和柠檬酸钠则转化效率较低。 A strain of bacterium with the capability of producing single cell oil was isolated from the wastewater of oil refining factory. The sequence analysis of 16S rDNA fragment showed that the strain QJ3011 belonged to Mycobacterium sp.. Lipid bodies were observed in the cells collected from nitrogen limited cultural medium by TEM. Fatty acids analysis of the lipid extracted from the cells revealed that the storage lipid was triglycerides. Conversion efficiency of each carbon source was quite different. Glucose and glycerol were favorable carbon sources for triglycerides accumulation, while the efficiency was very low when sucrose and citrate were used as carbon sources.
