摘要 分析了风机调速节能运行的原理及相对于节流节能运行的优点。介绍了液力耦合器调速和变频器调速的原理、特点及其在风机节能方面的应用。通过比较说明了液力耦合器调速在风机节能运行上存在的不足和变频调速在风机节能运行上具有的优点。以武汉海鸥油脂有限公司风机液力耦合器调速改造为变频器调速的实践,验证了变频调速技术在风机调速节能运行上的良好效果,实际节电比液力耦合器调速提高了50%。 The basic principle of energy conservation running for fan by adjusting its velocity was analyzed, and its advantages were also analyzed. The principle, characteristic and application of liquid - coupling velocity adjustment and frequency conversion velocity adjustment in energy conservation running of fan were introduced. The defects of liquid - coupling velocity adjustment were pointed while the advantages of frequency conversion velocity adjustment were presented. The practice of changing liquid -coupling velocity adjustment to frequency conversion velocity adjustment in Wuhan Haiou Oil Co. Ltd. verified that the power saving rate of fan running increased by 50%.
