Now the groupware is a new idea for the design of the application software.The development and the application of the groupware technology are widely noted in the field of the software application.In this paper,the idea and the concepts of the groupware are briefly viewed and the technology and the specificity of LOTUS NOTES for supporting the development of the groupware are completely introduced and discussed in depth.
