摘要
通过考察清洁发展机制(CDM)的国际和国内运行现状和特点,分析预测了后京都议定书时期垃圾填埋场甲烷的回收利用、火炬气的减排、乙二酸生产尾气中的二氧化氮减排以及制冷剂HFC的分解等领域良好的CDM发展前景,提出了我国在垃圾填埋气体项目中扩大引进CDM的建议和路径。
By analyzing operation status and characteristic of clean development mechanism (CDM) at home and abroad, development prospect of CDM in CH4 recycle from waste landfill, flare gas reduction, NO2 reduction from oxalic acid production, and HFC decomposition in the period of post-Kyoto Protocol was analyzed and predicted. Suggestions and methods for expanding CDM in landfill gas projects in China were put forward specially.
