摘要
"合作原则"和"礼貌原则"是西方最有影响的语用原则。"合作原则"是言语交际的基本原则,"礼貌原则"是对"合作原则"的补充。文章就"合作原则"和"礼貌原则"的基本理论及其在读者服务中的应用进行探讨,试图为高校图书馆工作人员提高语言表达能力和服务水平有所帮助。
The cooperation principle and the politeness principle are the western most influential pragmatic principles. The cooperation principle is the basic principle of conversation, to which the politeness principle is a supplement. This article discusses the both theories and thier applications to the service to the readers, and attempts to help the library staff of the universities to sharpen their conversation abilities and raise their service levels.
