提出数字馆藏服务绩效监控的理念,构建了一个由驱动性指标和结果性指标构成的监控指标体系,并对监控指标的获取方法进行说明,以期据此实现对数字馆藏服务绩效的有效管理与控制。

This paper brings forward the idea of performance monitoring, and builds the performance monitoring indicator system including driving and outcome indicators. Meanwhile, describes the acquisition methods of each indicator, expects to enable libraries to manage and control the digital collection performance.
