In the information age, the growth of university students＇ ability to use electronic resources is a necessity to the healthy development of their abilities. The quality education of information is the first thing first in quality education. In accordance with this objective, the said ability is to be double - oriented in both their basic and professional abilities. In the current practice of higher education, it is recommended that an integrated strategy be taken for the development of the said ability.
