等离子体技术制备ES基离子交换纤维及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以ES为基体,利用等离子体引发聚合技术制备了离子交换纤维,得出了该制备技术的最佳条件,即反应功率为60—70w、反应时间为3min、工作压强为30—40Pa。同时,考察了在最佳条件下制备的ES基离子交换纤维对染料废水中阳离子艳红染料的吸附性能。研究表明,该法制备的ES基离子交换纤维吸附性能较好,对阳离子艳红染料吸附平衡时间为60min,吸附率为97.6%,对200mg/L的染料溶液饱和吸附量为243.4mg/g。 An ES ion exchange fiber( ES IEF)was prepared using plasma-initiated polymerization. The optimum conditions for the preparation of ES IEF are as follows : reaction power of 60 to 70 W, reaction time of 3 min and reaction pressure of 30 to 40 Pa. The adsorption properties of the prepared ES IEF for cationic brilliant red in dyeing wastewater were investigated. The results show that the ES IEF prepared by plasma red, the balance -initiated polymerization has excellent adsorption properties. For the cationic brilliant adsorption can be achieved within 60 minutes, the adsorption rate is 97.6%, and the maximum adsorption capacity can reach 243.4 mg/g when the concentration of dye is 200 mg/L.
