摘要
在介绍智能网概念的基础上,本文从智能业务和智能网概念模型两方面,论述了智能网CS-2的能力和特点,并简述了智能网 CS-3的能力和特点。
Based on the introduction of the concept of IN,the paper dis- cusses the capabilities and char- acteristics of IN CS-2 in re- spects of IN services and IN con- cept mode,and briefly introduces the capabilities and characteris- tics of IN CS-3.
